The Egyptian Cassette Archive is a research project dedicated to archiving, preserving, and reevaluating Egyptian cassette music and cover designs while highlighting the designers. I have been working on this project since July 2016. The project went online in August 2020 via Instagram @egyptiancassettearchive and later expanded to various platforms.
The work is ongoing, and I believe it's time to launch an Instagram archive platform to share interesting information and designs. This is also a great way to explore diverse music! Follow us, and I hope you enjoy it.
